General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Schlaftroll UG.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products non-bindingly in the shopping cart and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

• We deliver free of shipping costs.
• We deliver by shipping only. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
• We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order.

Sofort by Klarna

You need a bank account enabled for online banking to pay via Sofort. Your account will be debited immediately after the order is completed.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer:

• Invoice Purchase: Payment 14 days after dispatch of goods.
• Credit Card via Klarna: Your card will be charged immediately after order. No credit check.

6. Transport Damage

Please complain about obvious transport damage to the delivery person immediately if possible and contact us. This helps us to assert our own claims against the transport service provider.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Details on additional guarantees can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation:

• for injury to life, body or health,
• for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• for guarantee promises (if agreed),
• insofar as the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.

Further claims for damages are excluded.
